Successful applicants are enrolled in an intensive 3+3 month development program; where businesses will be asked build a plan, validate their technology and business model, and produce a working prototype of their product or service to test with customers.
The program culminates with a road show, where portfolio companies will pitch their health or medical technology business to angel and VC investors in Australia and the USA or Europe.

Roadshow
On completion of the accelerator program, portfolio companies will be taken on an investor road show that includes a mixture of investor focused Australian and International promotional and networking events.
Mentors
Ignition Labs draws its experience from a pool of mentors, each with entrepreneurial experience, skills and experience in the medical technology industry, or a significant medtech industry and investor network.
Program
The seed accelerator program arms portfolio founders with the business tools and processes necessary to validate their idea and refine their technology in a condensed timeframe.
Cash
Successful applicants will receive a $25,000 investment in return for 7.5% equity. This values each business at $308,000 on entry into the seed accelerator program. We call this cash injection “noodle money” but it’s there to be used for market validation activities.
